privacy policy

The security, privacy and confidentiality of any data collected, entered or uploaded onto our site is our MOST important consideration at all times.

We are acutely aware that when using our site you may well be storing personal information about the people who work at your organisation.

Our cloud based servers are hosted at world class hosting centres and protected by top of the range, locked down firewalls. The passwords you create will be entirely maintained by you. Without those passwords, nobody except our top level database administrators will be able to access your data.

Our privacy policy is both specific and strict. If you think our policy falls short of your expectations, or that we are failing to abide by our policy, please let us know.

Whilst we take every reasonable precaution it may be possible that data provided by you could become unlawfully available to hackers and snoopers. We take no responsibility for this. The risk is no different from a similar risk in a bricks and mortar establishment.

Except as set out below, we do not and will not share, or sell, or disclose to a third party, any personally identifiable information collected or entered at this site. In the extremely unlikely event that this policy should change in the future, then we will provide ample advance notification and the opportunity for all users to remove their data and/or indicate whether or not they would prefer that we do not provide the information to third parties.

Here is a list of the customer related data we store on various databases and reasons why it is necessary to store it:

Data uploaded or entered by our clients relating to their own business

Our clients will upload their own data such as names, e-mail addresses and other information related to the process of recording employee holidays and sickness. This data forms part of the service we provide to clients. Details of these services are set out and explained on our website from time to time.

This data is kept on our servers for as long as the client account with us is active. We are aware that client and personal data is strictly private and that the future of our business depends on our respecting the confidence in privacy granted to us by our clients.

We do not use client data or third party information entered or uploaded by our clients in any way. In particular, we do not use it for marketing our own services nor do we disclose it to any other person for any reason.

Information may be disclosed to government, on request. It may also be seen by our auditors and professional advisors solely for their professional purposes. If requested by our client(s), we may provide reports in a suitable format on the data held on our database.
